Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Refund and Return is only applicable if item is DAMAGE.

  2. Timeframe:

    • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  3. Refund Method:

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  4. Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
